Take heels high together,
feet & knees. Hold onto
the bar, barre, or chair,
bend the knees low.
Repeat 10x and take
10 more tiny pulses at
your lowest point.
Sitting on one side with both knees
bent at 90 degrees, take the top leg
back. Keep knee down and foot up for
maximum bum blasting.
Holding on to thighs, round spine and
pull belly in, lengthen and curl for 10,
then twist to each side for 10.
Stretch those babies out so you can
sit and enjoy happy hour.
