1. The Pushover - No attacker wants to work
hard. Find a strong warrior 2 base with upper body
over legs and lean into his push to break free.
3. Twist My Arm Release - Establish that strong base, twist the narrow part of your wrist up,
lean into your attacker with your forearm and release. He'll expect you to struggle - pulling away
or back, duck under, to the side and find your root base to get out.
