Dale Nieli, MSW is a hypnotherapist and owner of Zen
Bodies, where she combines her years of experience
studying and teaching yoga, fitness, and energy balancing in her work with groups and individuals. When
she’s not training people and guiding them through the
process of transformation in body and mind, she loves
watching A Model Guru on Veria Living.
“I was completely captivated by the mystery and ritual of yoga when I was younger," reveals Rita Trieger.
“These days, I am so grateful to be able to teach and
share all of yoga’s healing benefits.” As a full-time yoga
teacher, Rita’s practice has naturally morphed towards
helping people manage their stress and find joy in life’s
simple pleasures. She shares some of her insights in this
issue’s Emotional Rescue, page 48.
Tejinder Sodhi, DVM, CVD is a veterinarian who has
trained extensively in holistic and alternative animal
health. He is a certified veterinary acupuncturist and
veterinary chiropractor. In his practice, he augments
conventional medicine, surgery, and dentistry with homeopathy, ayurveda, massage therapy, Chinese herbs,
acupuncture, and chiropractic.
The dogs that Lisa has been blessed to know have been
some of her greatest teachers, healers, friends, and family. Because of these connections, she began volunteering with Best Friends Animal Society in 1994. Along
with being of service to animals, Lisa has been providing manual therapy to clients in Southern California
since 1995. Certified by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards, she is also a wellness consultant,
certified yoga instructor, and meditation guide.
