If your attacker grabs you by the neck or shoulders, he’ll expect you to struggle – pull away or
back up, duck under or to the side, and find your root base to get out!
The Get Up Stand Up – If caught off guard on the ground, take your arm in line with your folded
leg. Lean forward into your hand and find your strong base.
If your attacker is on top of you, freeze, don’t
fight, and tell him you’ll do what he wants.
Then when the hips are free, push
yourself away, kick forward, slap and
slide away to your base.
