Dr Premal Patel, MD is a board-certified Family Practice Physician who has also studied Acupuncture and
Ayurveda. She is the Wellness Director at Banyan Botanicals and teaches people how to find their own sense
of health and well-being by understanding their unique
Ayurvedic constitutions. When she’s not suggesting
Ayurvedic remedies to people, she utilizes Ayurvedic
wisdom to care for her two golden retrievers.
Julie Buckner is a yogi, writer, mom, and public affairs
and marketing consultant. She is owner and CEO of
In Yoga Center, with two studio spaces, SEEDS—a retail boutique, and a teacher training program. A native
Angeleno, Julie’s been practicing yoga for 28 years and
recently became a teacher. With her consulting business and InYoga, Julie is uniting her entrepreneurial
endeavors, dedication to service, and commitment to
personal and spiritual growth.
DR. GABRIEL COUSENS
Gabriel Cousens, MD, MD(H), ND(hc), DD, Diplomate American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, Diplomate Ayurveda is the author of 10 books
on holistic nutrition and spirituality, including S
piri-tual Nutrition: Six Foundations for Spiritual Life and
Awakening Kundalini. He has been a student and
teacher of all aspects of yoga since 1973. Dr. Cousens
is a vehicle for shaktipat transmission at the direction
and empowerment of Swami Muktananda and is a
master of kundalini.
