MEGAN PORSCHEN Makeup Artist Megan is an eco, organic, cruelty-free Makeup Artist based in LA. She is one of the first pioneers in the eco cosmetics movement and is part of The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics. She teaches her cli- ents about how they can make eco-con- scious cosmetic purchases that will help them and the environment. She loves to
hike, kayak, do yoga, and hang with her
handsome hubby and her doggie Hobo.
When not supporting the environment
through peaceful activism, Guy can be
found teaching corporate yoga classes
at companies like Amgen, Disney, and
Universal. A member of IAYT, NAMA
and CAAM, Guy teaches Ayurveda and
Yoga in Agoura Hills and at Yoga at the
Village in Glendale. His other current
passions are writing, songwriting, snow-boarding, and Acro-Yoga.
Elizabeth Ripps is a writer, hiker, baker,
as well as yoga and health enthusiast.
She is passionate about food, friends,
sunshine, and deep breaths. She is on
a quest to save the world, one healthy,
happy meal, tea, or juice at a time.
KARA WILY Writer Kara Wily is a Pilates purist who oper- ates and teaches at Kara Wily Pilates in Larchmont Village, Los Angeles. Wily studied the Ashtanga Primary Series with Jodi Blumstein. She believes that through developing a personal practice, we begin to understand what the positions mean
for the body. In order to support individ-
ual practice, she created the Tesseractive
Beginner Mat Cards to provide support
for people’s home sessions on the mat.
