Yogurt Lassi is a classic digestive drink that boosts immunity. Prepared this way, yogurt is easily digested and assimilated, especially when using fresh yogurt. Serve at room temperature with or before lunch.
YIELD: 4 CUPS
1 cup yogurt
3 cups spring or purified water
Pinch of ground ginger, ground cumin, sea salt,
and ground black pepper.
Mix all ingredients in a blender, and blend for two
minutes on high speed.
