What inspires your own practice?
My students inspire my practice. Its mind
blowing to see how far they've come
which keeps me active on my mat. I'm
dealing with a shoulder injury so I've been
forced to be creative with 'no-arm' vinyasa sequencing. If I need inspiration I practice on Yogaglo.com or venture out into
the great yoga area that is LA. Somedays
I really look forward to my practice and
other's it's sheer dread, but it's that feeling of the aftermath that keeps me coming
back for more.
What playlist do you cue up for your
In my personal practice, I love to be quiet.
I don’t have a self-practice playlist.
