With the changing of the seasons comes
the chance to reflect on the journey
behind us, the wide open path ahead, and
the stillness in between. Welcome autumn
and all the dreams yet to be shared!

When a grey morning awakens
In the moment before the first
Before the ripples move out,
As in the moment of quiet surrender.
When the dance of images, words,
Are no more than unguarded follies,
Allowing spirits of former lives to fly.
The soft yielding mind glides away,
As if floating on water from the Styx,
To that place where scripts
All that remains is a shadow
That finds solace in the collective
Or on the spiritual plane.
If you have to describe it,
Or reduce it,
Call it a wish to share a movie or
From the counterculture of the seventies to work
in education and film intermixed with world travels,
Ron Brown's search for the authentic life has led
him to the practice of Yoga. In this regard he may
be a late bloomer. However, Yoga has energized his
creative expression and significantly enhanced his
physical well-being: firstname.lastname@example.org
